Brad has been an early stage investor and entrepreneur since 1987. Prior to co-founding Foundry Group, he co-founded Mobius Venture Capital and, prior to that, founded Intensity Ventures. Brad is also a co-founder of Techstars. Brad is a writer and speaker on the topics of venture capital investing and entrepreneurship. He’s written a number of books as part of the Startup Revolution series and writes the blogs Feld Thoughts and Venture Deals. Brad holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Brad is also an art collector and long-distance runner. He has completed 25 marathons as part of his mission to finish a marathon in each of the 50 states.

Genevive Nnaji is a Nigerian actress, producer, and film director. She won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a leading role in 2005, making her the first actor to win the award. In 2011, she was honoured as a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic by the Nigerian government for her contributions to Nollywood.

Fiyin oversees Fund Operations and doubles as Chief of Staff at Oui Capital, providing support to the investment team, investors and portfolio companies. Over the past 8 years, she has focused on finance and investment management in the asset management space, across fund accounting, compliance and investment management functions. Fiyin is an investment professional with skills in investment research and portfolio management and is trained on entrepreneurship and private market investing. She is driven and passionate about value creation in investment management, impact investing and providing business and financing solutions to businesses across the African continent. She joined the team in 2021.

Francesco is a ETH Engineer and digital Entrepreneur who has worked in Switzerland, Sweden, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya and the United states. He has been a mentor at TechStars, Angelhack, Masschallenge, The Hult prize among several other startup acceleration and incubation programs around the world. He started his career as a software engineer in Sao Paolo before going on to co-found washmypants.com and Myinsurance- a swiss startup providing mobile-first micro insurance solutions. He was also a Co-founder of crypto-mining facility in Switzerland based on renewable energy sources (Acquired by Petawatt Group in 2018) . He has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and robotics from ETH Zurich, master’s in business from Hult International Business School and a diploma Big Data from Stanford University. He is fluent in 6 different languages and enjoys working and investing in emerging markets. Francesco is also responsible for the technical and software engineering aspects of our vetting process.

Peter joined Oui Capital in late 2019. Prior to this, he was a senior associate at RSM in the early-stage technology and life sciences group, advising start-ups, private equity, and venture capital investors on valuation. Earlier in his career, Peter served as an associate at an investment bank and advisory firm, executing over $3.0 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises for banks and fintechs in the U.S. Peter has a BSBA with a concentration in finance from the American University and is an MBA Candidate at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he is a Consortium fellow.

Olu Oyinsan is the managing partner at Oui Capital recently transitioning from Vice President at Ingressive Capital, an early-stage African venture fund, where he led the investment function. Olu began his career in commercial banking with Guaranty Trust Bank in Nigeria, later working as a consultant at Forrester, advising some of the world’s leading technology companies on products and processes, and as a relationship manager at Silicon Valley Bank, where he supported technology startups across all verticals in accessing debt, equity and mezzanine products.
Olu holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston, with a concentration in finance and strategy. His experience is spread across credit risk, technology valuation and venture capital. He is very passionate about financial technology, two-sided networks, and connectivity, having made and managed investments in several high-growth startups in Sub-Saharan Africa including Paystack, MVX, and Tizeti.

At Fine Structure Ventures, a venture capital fund affiliated with FMR LLC, the parent company of Fidelity Investments we focus on early stage investments in disruptive scientific and technological innovation.

Prior to this fund, I led investments in deep tech (AI, Robotics, Blockchain, Crypto, HPC, etc.) over 15 years for funds at Applied Crypto Ventures, F-Prime Capital, Eight Roads, and Fidelity Ventures.

I am a follower of the globalization of innovation and enjoy engaging with leading regional funds as an advisor: Pillar VC (Boston), Kae Capital(Mumbai), and Oui Capital (Lagos). This follows a long career as a technology entrepreneur, operator, investor, and dealmaker for over 20 years.

I frequently take on operating roles in startups, and in recent years, I have led strategic business development for startups like Tactai (haptics and virtual reality) and ownCloud (cloud file storage). Previously, I led business development efforts at RSA’s Data Security Division and drove the relationship that led to the $2.3B acquisition of RSA by EMC in June 2006 (largest tech deal that year).

I earned dual MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School; an MSEE from Clarkson University, and a BE in Comp. Engg. from Mumbai University.
